The Intelligent Assistant service includes a local 416 business number for you to market or you can put your existing line on a fixed call forward to the number we assign your company. We can do everything a trained receptionist at your physical location can do when it comes to handling phone calls; we can screen, announce and seamlessly connect to employees right at their desk, and we can immediately put callers into their existing voicemail box if they are unavailable.

But we can also take it to another level - with our CTI (Computer Telephone Integration) each of your employees will have their own personal page where they can determine their own level of screening and we will have ALL their points of contact only the click of a mouse away (e.g. office extension, cell phone, cottage, home office, hotel room, etc.). Calls are screened, announced and seamlessly connected to them wherever in the world business takes them.

To the caller, the person is in the office because the call is handled the exact same way remotely as it is when they are sitting in their corporate office. We telephonically put you in the office no matter where you are. You are now removed from having to be in one particular place to do your work. After all, work is something you do, not a place you go.

Each member we answer for has unlimited "to and from messaging" privileges, allowing them to update their profile with their day schedule, specific call handling instructions, and specific messages for specific callers (e.g. " If Joe Smith calls while I'm in a meeting tell him the sample has been sent and the FedEx waybill number is xxxxxxxxx"). This information allows us to provide "Follow Me Communications" for each member, and it allows us to give your callers "connectivity" whether they are able to speak with the intended recipient or not.
